Beltrami Neighborhood
- Prevented MNDot from building a new exit ramp from 35W into the neighborhood
- Beneficiary of foreclosure program funding
Bottineau Neighborhood
- Imposed conditions, and $10,000 penalty to local saloon for additional police protection and presence to address neighborhood livability concerns
- Lowry Avenue Bridge approved
- 18th Ave. N.E. bikeway project funded and in final design
- Minneapolis Mississippi Riverfront Corporation (MMRC)
Hawthorne Neighborhood
- $70 million West Broadway YWCA athletic center and office complex proposed with $432,000 Great Streets funding commitment from City
- Hawthorne Eco-Village Housing Cluster Project - $500,000 partnership with Home Depot
- Northside Loan Fund - $200,000 in deferred loans for property maintenance
- License revocations for Jug Liquors, Johnny A's and Wafana's which were havens for drugs, prostitution and other egregious illegal activities wreaking havoc on the neighborhood
- Major beneficiary of foreclosure programs funding
- West Broadway Alive - #1 city-wide development priority
- 26th Ave. N. bikeway study completed and funding appropriated

Marcy-Holmes Neighborhood
- Historic Pillsbury Library building purchased by Phillips Family Foundation: restored and LEED-certified
- Installed traffic signal along gateway to the river, at 6th Avenue S.E. and University
- Xcel Energy Park opened
- Partner in the Alliance Steering Committee of the University District
- TCF Gopher Stadium - Member of Stadium Area Advisory Group (SAAG) committee to deal with impacts on neighborhoods
- Historic preservation and renovation of Florence Court apartments are approved
- Historic A-Mill East Bank Mills housing project approved
- Phoenix on the River and Flour Sack Flats condo projects built and occupied
- Neighborhood zoning study in progress

McKinley Neighborhood

- Red Stag Supper Club opened - first LEED-certified restaurant in Minneapolis

Sheridan Neighborhood
- New Veterans Memorial Park extends riverfront access and amenities from Broadway to Lowry. Sheridan was the only neighborhood in the city without a park

St. Anthony East Neighborhood
- Old Third Townhouses affordable housing project was approved with improved amenities
- Children's Dental Services Clinic expanded with eco-sensitive features
St. Anthony West Neighborhood
- St.Maron's and Catholic Eldercare Senior Housing projects approved
- Encouraged Super America to spend $70,000 for rain garden to reduce runoff, plus other site improvements to reduce crime
- Persuaded Graco to remove unsightly semi-trailers from their parking lot
- Long-term problem property at 901 2nd Street condemned and renovated by new owner
